A revolving restaurant at the top of the Sama Mall tower.
The plan is a ring: a fixed core with the stair, bar and piano at the centre, and a slowly turning band of seating pushed to the glass so every table completes the view over the city.
The Ring
Core · Turning Band
Everything fixed sits in the middle; everything that moves sits at the glass. The section is what makes the plan work.
Interior
Stair · Setting
The spiral stair is the one vertical element in a plan otherwise made of horizontal bands.
