A set of villas placed on a reclaimed breakwater, each one a single continuous shell that wraps from roof to ground.
The shell opens on the seaward side into a full-height glazed room and closes toward the approach, so every villa keeps its outlook while the row still reads as one family of forms.

The villas sit on the armour stone rather than behind it, so each one has water on three sides.
